Myth or Fact?

Ive been curious for awhile now, but my mate was telling me before i started smoking, that if you grow a plant and then burn the plant scrap, and then bury those ashes with your next plant it makes it more potent, like increase the strength of the plant and of the bud that plant grows.
Can someone please tell me whether this is true or not?

Mmm, yeah, still yet to have a successful grow haha,
Sucks cause i cant grow indoor, and theres not really many good spots around my area that would be easy to get to to water.
Plus can you still grow a decent plant without any sort of nutrients?

Just plant it in the ground out doors next to trees, the soil is usually quite rich from the fall leaves feeding the soil.

The ashes might help with nutrients, so while it's not uhm... going to imbue any sensi of the original plant, the nutrients in the ash probably won't hurt. Plants will not grow in straight ash, though.

it's 75% genes, 15% nutes 10% conditions. genetics are the most important part of growing medical pot ;)

You forgot 10% love :D

And isn't there a method used in some regions where after the harvest (not pot) they burn everything left, and the resulting ash is good for the soil? Though maybe it was terrible for the soil.. high school was a long time ago lol
