What you call a Parliamentary Mandate, this vote... overwhelming support. And why not?

The Turkish Parliament voted on Thursdat for a motion authorizing the government to send troops abroad and allowing foreign forces to use Turkish territory for possible operations against the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

The motion was passed by 298 "yes" votes while 98 lawmakers voted against it.

We all see the Operational Deception here, I hope. I know @schuylaar does.

The artful handling of the world Press with all this Arm the Syrian Rebels, business, is what.
Meanwhile all this very real NATO deepness is going on with the Parliament of Turkey!!

And we know, or should all this takes years to set up. I mean it takes almost forever to kill or pay off the right people. Libya was just a pawn move. It goes back to Benghazi. The Turkish Ambassador was the last official visitor.

It goes back to Bush, to stir it up enough.

You notice, neither Bush nor Obama was able to get a Status of Force agreement with Iraq. That's curious, since Obama easily got rid of Karzai and quite handily, without much Press, is leaving 10,000 trip wire, force advisers there.

Anyone that gets fooled into thinking we are just reacting to and not creating this world, can think again. We proceed with deep and decades long planning efforts against other very sharp planners against us. To see this is to see the real world.

If not, the world looks like the Press wants it to look...accidental and haphazard.
