Nearing my first harvest, would like a little help.

This is my first plant. In soil, under CFLs. Had some ups and a lot of downs, but was an excellent learning experience. Now I just need to learn the tricks of harvesting. The strain is The Doctor. It's a 60~ day strain, mostly indica, with about 20-30% sativa. I'm looking to get more of a head high from it. I believe that most of the trichs are milky right now. Lower fan leaves are yellowing. About 60% orange pistils. Leaves are crispy. I was planning on harvesting in 2 more weeks on the 31st.

With all that said, I'm just looking for some more experienced input.

how big is that plant?

Not big at all. I topped it as early as I could and it got fairly larger but the wire I used to LST the shoots down eventually cut into the stems and basically destroyed a good 3 weeks of heavy vegetative growth leaving it to flower at maybe 1/3 of it's potential size. I think the 4 largest nugs (the 4 main colas created from that accidental cut) are around 1.5"-2" tall.

feel you on the tric pictures, they are tough to get focused, not bad pics actually
one thing i will put in, take some extra time to make sure the cloudies are really cloudy
clear can look cloudy at certain angles, i.e. the reflection makes it a little tricky(pun intended)

So harvesting in about 2 weeks seems right or should it be earlier or what?

2 weeks seems reasonable, keep tracking all the signs
