need 2700k cfls badly, where to purchase?

Whats up fellas,

I need a good source for some 2700k cfls. I got my 45w 6500k on Ebay, 6 for like 25$, now thats a bargain. I need a deal like that, I know some poeple here have had to purchase 2700 for flowering, so let me know where you got yours for the best price,

Shop around. I stock up when my local home depot has sales - bulbs drop to $0.25/each. $0.25-0.5 is a good price. $1 each is pretty standard (dollar store, walmart, home depot...) anything above a $1 a bulb for 23watters and you are paying too much.

cfls are ok for veg, dont suggest for flower if you want the biggest possible yield. id rather veg outdoor then flower indoor with an hid or the other way around if you dont have the money.

The real question is where not to get 2700k cfls...lol everywhere ,the supermarket ..these are just the ones people use for theyre household lights..i had to go online to get the 6400k though ,people don't usually light theyre homes with a blueish light like these

Im gonna go to lowes and homedepot to check out some prices. Now that i think about it, i probably dont have enough time to purhcase them online and wait for them to arrive, since flowering is going to be soon.

One question, is the heat emission of one 45w cfl greater than the heat emission of two 23w cfls?

No, the heat emission of 2 23w bulbs should be just a tad more than the 45w but it will be more spread out heat (across 2 ballasts versus one).

The 45w ballast will be hotter to the touch than the 23w ballasts.

People are giving me a hard time

I obviously know where to get them retail. What i'm looking for, for example; I found some ebay auction and got 12 45w 6500k cfls for barely over 40 dollars, thats fucking awesome. All im asking is if someone knows a dark corner of the internet that sells 2700k cfls for amazingly cheap.

42w at about $3.50 a piece a is probably the best deal your gonna get before you start ordering faulty bulbs. thats really cheap.

I just scored some Greenline 13watt 5000k cfl's at Dollartree.figure good Mother keeper on the production downlow bulbs.

i thought it was harder to find daylight CFLs but i guess thts in my area. 2700k bulbs are the most common bulb on the market. there used for regular household lighting so u dont need to order off the internet. there at gas stations even just gotta open ur eyes. GOOD LUCK

I use bigger CFLs and have had fair to great results...if I can keep my light bill paid!! Actually, tho, after starting with larger CFLs I had only about a 12% increase in my bill...Worth the extra $3-4 per month. AND I have 9-12 plants in bud at all times.
