need a walkthrough

So, I know this seems like a pain in the ass to ask but has anyone else had shitty luck with nirvanashop? I ordered 5 seeds germinated 3. 2 failed and one is slower than fuck. I feel like going to bc bud depot next time, but I just want to know is it nirvana or did i fuck myself?

I just need basically a verbal, visual walkthroguh from cracking that seed to putting it in the dwc...including rockwool steps, etc. someone here must want to be a teacher...im your student!
