Need advice! landlord is coming by in a few days

I have no idea what to do.
the landlord called and left a message saying the owners of the house will be in town this week and would like to get stuff out of their shed, and possible look at the house. I have four monsters in the workshop, which is connected to the house. Even with everything turned off, fans, ac.. you can still easily smell the plants if you were to walk by toward the storage shed.
The only thing i can think to do is move the plants inside upstairs and seal off the room as best i can.
If i do that, they will have to miss a whole day of light. Would that be too detrimental or you think they will be ok going probably 36 hours in darkness. They are currently about 6 weeks into flower.

Move it if you can. You should be ok if you have to go dark that long. Your probably going to need to get them completely out of there. If you have no where to take them, you could always rent a trailer like a small U-Haul but shit, I know how you feel been there.

wont they want to look inside the house? so being in the upstairs room wont do much if they wanna look in there.

Malicifice is right you need to get them out and what better than a $20 U'Haul. You don't want to be stressed out of your mind while they're in your home, and that stink of late in flower plants is so unmistakable. Don't worry about the light schedule, it isn't worth getting tossed out of your house over.

Shit yeah put them in there before they come by and park that shit across the street so they don't go sticking their noses into your shit with dumb questions about moving out and all.

ive thought about getting a uhaul but i dont have anywhere to park it and i sure dont want to be driving around wit a truck full of weed. and if i keep it parked up the street, that leaves chance someone walks by and smells this wreaking truck and report it, or my luck a cop will just so happen to make his round this way.
As for them coming in the house, the landlord said if nobody is there to not worry about it. So we will definitely not be here thursday and pray they stick to the lease and not come inside.
I just thought of an idea that might work.
Last week i made a pot of homemade bug spray using habanero peppers, onion, and garlic, and it WREEAKKED up the house pretty bad. So im thinking ill just get a big pot of garlic and onion and let it cook on low all of wednesday day and night. that way by thursday morning, garlic smell will be seeping out the windows. And then maybe i can keep the pot of garlic in the grow room to mask the smell, and then i wont have to move the plants upstairs? im assumming each plant weighs over 100 pounds, so that would be nice if i didnt have to move em.
Do yall think think the garlic idea might work??

Go rent a U-haul trailer, like $20.00 for the day or some such park it across the street or at a buddies, leave a small fan on, say 12v just so they can breathe maybe a cfl too if its gonna be long..?

yeah a uhaul was one of my first thoughts but i just so happen to live on a street where everyone loves to take their daily walks with the family and dog. i think an abandoned uhaul wreaking of weed would be a little suspicious and i dont want to risk driving around with it.

i jsut moved to this state and have no friends in the area that would be perfect if i could put them in a uhaul and park it at a friendly neighbors house, unfortunately thats out of the question.

That's a big gamble bud. If I was in that situation my wife would chop them down before I could even discuss it with her. I think you chancing it by leaving them at the house will be the worst of the ideas. I'm just saying that hiding weed never really works.

they message was pretty specific. they will be here thursday at ten am to get stuff out the storage. so im thinking that might take 2 hours tops. If i could just hide a uhaul truck full of weed for two hours id be ok. i need david blain or chris angel

the only thing i can think of doing if i go with a uhaul is loading em all up and taking a drive for a couple hours down back roads that i would think cops and general public are away. just the thought of tat freaks me out

If you do get caught by the owners, you could always act naive and say, "Oh...Do you frown upon that?

A U-Haul out on old back roads might stick out. You could hang out at a gas station or someplace like that. Are you in a big city? What state you in? If I smelled weed anywhere down here in California I wouldn't even know where to begin to look to pin point it out because everyone down here smells like weed all the time. It's always coming from some car or you can smell it on some one. If it was me I would just drive up the street get some gas, park walk in and get something to eat hang out for a minute then drive somewhere else and repeat. If your legal and have your paper work just bring it with you if the cops do stop you tell them what is up, they might let you go.

im in NM and i should have my medical card by now but i dont. ive already paid about 400$ and been waiting about 6 months now. The doc said i should have it in about another 30 days........................... theres lots of back roads to take, not many places to eat or to park and go inside somewhere.
my wife is saying i should move them upstairs and seal off the room so im thinking i might do that along with cooking garlic to help mask the smell.
If they come in the house when we are not there, they are breaking the lease agreement, so i think my best odds are to keep the plants upstairs, hope they just come and get their shit and leave, and its done. rather than risking an encounter with cops

rent a uhaul, put them in there, drive it to a friend's house for the day.

a day or two of no light is no problem, a week is when the plants start to hurt.

Do you have a basement or attic?I have a land Lord that come by all the time. She comes in and talks forever when she stops by for rent, I have a carbon filter and it really does work well my house is small, so when she comes inside she is literally standing by the wall of the grow room. I'm in cali and have my card but she is against growing so I have to hide it pretty much. She hadn't mentioned anything yet. I burn a inscent or two before she comes, tthen turn off my exhaust fans and I'm good to go. The ona blocks really do work too, and they are cheap. Good luck man
