If I want 2 plants would I need to buy 2 of these lights or will 1 be good

Two would be BETTER? Not necessary at all. You could get one 250 watt hps or even one 400 watt hps. If only doing 2 plants I would go with the 400 watt, you would get a decent yield depending on what size container you grew in, if it were me I'd go with the 400w hps air cooled hood with inline fan. Also if you can, use a 3 gallon smart pot or better yet a 5 gallon smart if you can squeeze it in. Good luck

Thanks I'll look into it still making up my mind but paydays in 2 weeks lol excited to start

The lad had asked about the particular light he provided the link too,being it LED I assumed he had made up his mind in the LED/HPS sense of it,and while I didn't want to lead him wrong as I have only grown with LED's before,I just answered the question,two or one :). but yeah the kid obviously has other options and a lot of other LED brands,But me personally,I've grown like the dankest shit with the cheapest LED's I could find and that one looks like a solid piece so

led is the future. mh/hps proven producers but outdated technology research before purchase ask a lot of questions

Haha true. My bad I didn't even notice he was looking into leds. Sorry my mistake. I've grown with area 51 leds and had decent results but to me nothing at the moment can't beat a hps. My boy has grown some dank frosty shit with lush leds as matter of fact. To each his own.
