need advice on yield

3 x barneys farm blue cheese
3 x barneys farm gorilla skittlez
1 x barneys farm cookies kush
1 x barneys farm blueberry og kush

set up is 1.2.m2 grow tent with 600 watt hps. 5 inch extractor and 4 inch eco intake with oscilatating fan

nutrients I'm using...

bio bizz root juice
bio bizz grow
bio bizz bloom
bio bizz top max
plant magic calmag

plants were in veg for 30 days
8 days into 12/12

using bio bizz coco coir and scrog net also lollipopped and defoliated heavily at day 30 just before I flupped to 12/12

p.h @ 6.1 -6.2 every feed and leave water to sit out for 24hrs

got roughly 100 tops which I'm letting grow up through the net for last 10 to 12 days of stretch then defoliate so they can eat as much light as possible....there all heavy yielders 600 to 700grm2 strains

I had no choice canopy was sweating and it's worked a treat only took 2 days to bounce back and they look a lot happier than they was also seen few grows and it definitely works as fan leaves also take up nutrients and energy themselves.....as long as you don't defoliate after the stretch it won't affect yield and leaves will grow back very fast plus your buds get showered with 600 watts..
i must of produced another 10 to 20 tops from defoliating which I wouldn't ov otherwise as fan leaves were covering all new and lower growth nodes

You are wrong about leaves taking nutrient the plants need. Consider leaves being the engine of the plant. The bigger the engine the faster it goes. The process of photosynthesis has been studied in depth for a very long time by people much smarter than you or I. But you can continue to believe the myth that leaves take energy from the buds. It's just another myth in the pot growing scene spread by people that have never grown anything other than cannabis and have absolutely no understanding of plant science whatsoever.

":Leaves are essential for the well-being of plants. Most of the reactions involved in the process of photosynthesis take place in the leaves. The diagram below shows the cross section of a typical plant leaf."

The raw materials of photosynthesis, water and carbon dioxide, enter the cells of the leaf, and the products of photosynthesis, sugar and oxygen, leave the leaf.

only thing I'm worried about is my plants going hermie on me from the stress
How is stressing your plant good for it? You contradict yourself. One post leaves are stealing energy from the buds so you removed them. The next post you're worried about the stress you caused your plants making them go hermie. The only thing they need now is a good flush, a dose of CalMag, and some of that latest greatest super duper bloombastic giant bud building magical liquid that comes in a fancy bottle.
