Unknown strains
Outdoor grow 70-80 days old
Unknown start date of flowering
FFOW medium, having to water daily, you see the grass, its hot out here.
5 days ago in the evening I sprayed some water, tiny bit of dish soap and baking soda to try and contain powdery mildew next few days it just look like the baking soda dried on the leaves.
Added first dose of full strength nutes 2 days ago
Got heavy rain most of the evening yesterday. Woke up to them like this.
I'm thinking multiple issues, over watered because of rain, maybe burned, deficiencies is where I have no idea and of course the powdery mildew.

Any help would be great!

I don't think that's nutrient burn or heat stress.
Nutrient burn browns all the tips, If it was heat stress the leaves would be folding up.
It might be a PH issues, what soil are you using?

OP it looks like pH fluctuation. Do you pH adjust water you give? Rainwater is just about pH perfect so no worries there. Raised fabric pots so they should drain okay with heavy rain, but you should still move them out of heavy rain if possible, especially prolonged rains. You'll get bud rot quick.

Don't spray or treat leaves in the sun. Google milk solution for PWM. Spray in am or after sunset.

On nutes, first full strength two days ago? What and what ratio, did you pH adjust?

No it doesnt just brown tips. Mostly yes, but it can vary. And this is one of those nute burn situations where it can burn in just one area of the plant
