try hitting it with bud blood 0-39-25, and move it into for a week of 10/14 darkness

but looks hermie to me

Your plant looks lanky. I see the lights your using and that may be the problem. The pH level of your hydroponic nutrient solution or soil will determine how well your plants are able to absorb nutrients. If the pH level is out of the proper range, the growth rate of the plants will slow down or stop.
I would start over

yea iv got more than just the two lights. i have 10 26w and 4 42w cfls hanging. and i have had hermies that i use for breeding so i no the difference. its in an 8gal bucket. i have several clones from the same plant as well as other strains all in various stages of flower. all as quick as they should be except that one.heres a couple pics of another one in the same room same nutes.

looks like your girls have a good bit of trouble going on : dark purple stems, crisped leaves, yellow leaves, droopy leaves. I'd say put it outside and keep an eye on it, or keep doin' what you're doin' and see what happens

I would say that they are root bound and cannot extract enough nutrients from the soil efficiently.
Repot it in a much bigger pot and when you do look at the visible roots on the outer surface,if they look like theres loads and loads of them all curled around then you need to cut them.
This may sound like madness to you but trust me it will work.
Use a pair of long scissors and make a cut from the bottom of the root ball to about 3 quarters of the way up the roots,do this at north east south west of the pot side i.e. 4 cuts only in even space up the outside of the root ball that was touching the sides of your old pot.
Now as gently as you can try to tease the roots with your fingers until you have untangled them a bit and have a fair few from each side hanging around the edges.
Now lay about 3" of soil at the bottom of your new pot and place the plant in and then fill the pot right up near the top of the new pot covering the stem of the plant up as high as you can.
This may all sound very drastic to you but i will bet you it works,no worries if you dont want to try it:leaf:

P.S. when i used to grow big plants like that, which i dont anymore as i found it inefficient,i used to use a big plastic toybox with holes drilled in the bottom and layer the bottom with perlite, these boxes im talking of hold almost 50 litres of soil.
A big plant needs a lot of space:weed:
