1000 watts in a tent? That's a big fucking tent! How big is that tent, how much electricity does your current light use and what are your temps at now?

its 4 foot by 4 foot and 6 foot 8 inches tall.with the light and the inline fan and circulation fan the bill is raised about 15-20 bucks and the temps in the tent is about 82 with lights on and 70 with lights off

Sounds like you are nearing the borderline as it is. Even if you don't end up needing a new fan now you definitely will when summer comes and your indoor temps in general go up. I'd get a bigger fan.

Are you running a 600w now? That may be all the light you really need. A lot of light is good, but too much and you risk bleaching the chlorophyll in your plants.

im running a 400 right now,i was thinking about the 600 ,i heard its just as efficient as the 1000 since you can lower the lights farther
