need help deciding! strain?? lights??

This will be my first time growing and I am so excited. I was wonderin what strain should i grow and I am looking to get close to a pound or more preferably. I will be growing in a tent, what size should I get an what type of lights? Budget is not a problem thanks in advance for all of your responses happy growing
