NEED HELP! I think I have a few problems with my baby..

Hey guy! I'm new to all of this but I'm hoping to get your guys help. I'm growing bubba kush p98 and its a clone. i just put it on 12/12 cycle too flower. and i have a 42 watt cfl and a 19 watt cfl and im hoping to get some better cfl witch i wouldnt mind you guys recomended me what cfl i should use. BUT my plany has some brown spots on some of the leaves and i think thats because it need to nutrients but im not to sure. and some of the leaves are curling up and curling down. and the soil feels pretty moist and i water every couple days if it looks like it needs it. I cant post a picture right now but im hoping too maybe later but if any of you guys can give me a peace of your knowledge i would really appreciate it. And its wierd becaus ealot of the leaves look beautiful and healthy but at the same time it doesnt.

Its not the best quality but if you look closely in the middle you can see a lil brown spot on it and there is more at the bottom. And im not growing it next to cat food. i just pulled it out so i can take the picture. PLEASE HELP
