Need help identifing a bug... W/ pics

All i want to know if its beneficial or if i should kill it..Im growing some DANK bag seed in MG seed starting potting mix and Ive only seen one of them thus far,and only in that one cup.Every time peek in its above the surface but it doesnt climb its way out of the cup(weird) but that's what Ive observed please tell me your opinions and any suggestions thanks..

Cockroach probably attracted by something in the soil or you had it already in soil.
