probly not, but if they grew that much, that fast, they're probly pretty thin.
make sure your light is as close as you can get it without burning your plants, so they don't have to stretch and the stems fatten up. and make sure they don't dry out, i don't like to mist the plants themselves, but i'll use a spray bottle to keep the rooter cubes or w/e i'm using damp

After the first signs of that one stretching i moved the lights alot closer a few days ago and its stabilized the stretching. The longest one is only about 3-4" tall
Temps are 80 with 60% humidity. I have the lights about 6" above. They are cfls. Also i have a small pc fan moving air around them and keeping temps down

Its definitely weird! The seed wasnt germinating so i gently opened it and its been doing great! It just looks a lil funky...
This^^^^ is the only reason the plant looks weird.. they need to struggle to emerge.. it is still in embryonic growth..
Never help a seedling emerge!

i don't agree, i've seen embryonic seeds and thats not what they looked like...i mean it isn't as developed as it should be, but i've never seen an embryonic seed with two heads

Look closely at the last pic .. it still has a loop in the stem...this was from not being ready to emerge.. you can also see bruising on the cot leaves where he pried the shell open..the weird growth may or may not be caused from this..my point was he fucked up by helping...

Just a question did you pre soak these cubes in PH'D water rock wool is typically VERY acidic that's why I stick with God's natural gift soil lol or it could very well be a bad seed it happens not every seed is a winner
