need help making crumble or honeycomb

I have a 3 gallon bacoeng 3.6 cfm vacuum purge kit. I also purchased 12 cans of vector butane. I have a heat mat that doesn't cut off. I know i want to stay around 90 degrees when vacuum purging. Can someone please give me step by step instructions exactly how to achieve crumble or honeycomb, or both.

I suggest gaining control of your heat mat by adding a PID. Try heating the extract in a thin film until it just melts, and then pulling a vacuum. Pull it down until the bubbling starts to flurry (get intense), and then hold at that level until the bubbling calms down, and then continue pulling down until you reach -29.5"Hg without intense bubbling, and then remove from vacuum chamber and flip. Repeat until it no longer flurries at -29.5" Hg and then reduce temperature to around 85/90F and continue to vacuum until solvent bubbles stop.

If you stir when you remove to flip, it will form more nucleation points and can more easily turn into a crumble.
