If a company put up the yield in the plant info in m2 how do i convert it into squair feet. or is that info good at all.

If you want to convert measurements, there are plenty of internet sites that will do that. Just google ounce to gram or whatever. Just remember that cannabis is in weight, not square feet. Totally different measurements.

yea i can convert weight no problem but yey do it in a squair meter (400g/m2).

It doesn't really matter, factors, like lights types/wattage, nutrients, growing systems, aren't specified .. so his claims are Irrelevant in your case.
