second the only kind of light that wont damage a plant in that small of a space is LEDS... these idiots telling you to use CFLs will make you burn your plant before the weeks over.
ventilation theres is not too much practical in this catagory unelss you are willing to invest some money in your major waste of time. i would look online i forget what they are called but they look like little comp fans and they aren't cheap.
