Need help ! Seedling turning yellow... See pics and please help

THE FIRST PICTURE IS WHEN IT SPROUTED AND THE SECOND IS A PIC FROM TODAY.
THE SOIL PH IS 6.3 AND WATER WAS 6.5 , I READ NOT OVER WATER THEM BUT I LIVE IN A DRY CLIMATE WITH VERY LOW HUMIDITY. THAT BEING SAID I WATERED ONCE WHEN I PLANTED THE GERMINATED SEED, AND LEFT IT FOR FIVE DAYS. WHEN I WATERED IT TODAY IT ALMOST IMEDIATLY BEGAN TO DRAIN OUT THE BOTTOM. SO I GUESS IT MAY HAVE BEEN PRETTY DRY. DOES IT LOOK LIKE THAT IS MY PROBLEM FROM THE PICS ? I WILL BE WATERING MORE FEQUENTLY IN THE FUTURE.
WILL SHE BE OK ?

Yea seeds usually want to be more moist rather than dry so how I tell is just by using your finger to dig down just about an inch into the dirt and if its dry, then you should probably water. Watering seeds once a day or so isnt bad. Also it may not be humid enough, trying spaying the seedling with a water bottle or putting it in a humidome...hope it helps a little

what light you using? what kind of soil? how low humidity? seedlings dont require much man, just feel how heavy the pot is soaked with water, then wait a couple days and see how long it takes for the pot to feel light again...if your conditios arnt extreemly fucked, you might just have a shitty seed...

I'm using 2 - 42watt cfl's about 5 inch from suface. the soil is "pamper your plant" with worm castings and 25% perlite. relitive humidity is 25%. The seed is "cheese" from Greenhouse Seed Co.

I recently got 20 church seeds from GHSC and was a bit disapointed that only 12 germed and a fair few look like the dog chewed them. Deformed leaves and slow growth. I just hope they blossom into beautiful girls.
