Need help with determining Sex

I think the taller one is a Male, but I have seen one pistil on it, and I think I spy a few more. Just want to make sure before I throw it out. The second one I'm pretty sure is female the top has a few hairs on it. I've taken a few pics of both.

First 5 are the first plant (taller one that I think is male), last 3 are the 2nd plant.

Here's how it is, remember this.

Male:
- Pollen Sacks ( Round 'seed' like objects )

Female:
- White hairs ( pistils )

They all look to be males though.... They may be hermies, most likely it won't be the case. Depending on the amount of stress or even just the seeds determines what sex the plant will be, it is usually determined the first 3-4 weeks. But only sometimes noticeable during veg.

that's what I thought! first grow, just wanted to make sure! thanks! although, the 2nd plant does have hairs and pistils on the top bud, as well as balls on the nodes, so I guess it could be a hermie. Anything I can do with this Hermie? Will it just produce seedy bud?

Most likely if its a hermie, it will have 'flowers' on it; not just ontop.. With hermies, you can either:

A.) Create seeds
B.) Cut off pollen sacks
C.) Take clones off plant

Yeah it sucks..but it was just a first try/experiment mainly out of curiosity. Didn't expect them to last as long as they did. I guess now it's time for round 2. BTW, I was only running these under 1, 24" flo tube. I didn't add a 2nd tube until I threw them into flowering. This was just a low budget, if it works..hell yeah, if it doesn't whatever.
