Need help with lights

i have a fluorescent lights that im growing with and i wanted to know can i flower with the blue bulbs that comes in the fixture.....wanted to because i can not afford to buy the red bulbs

Aren't bulbs like... 3 dollars?

And you can flower with the blue with probably lower results.

even just one would be an improvement.

The blue bulbs which are usually in the 6400K-6500K spectrum are great for veg state, but not especially great for flowering, you want the flowing bulbs, between 2100K-2700K. 16-18 hours of light for veg, 12 on 12 off for flowering.
