Yeah, it appears that you have mostly females, it's hard to tell on many of them, but the plant in the 2nd picture, #0697, is definitely a male. The clusters of small grape-like balls are pollen sacks.

You plants look like equatorial sativas, maybe pure. At least a very sativa-leaning hybrid.

An equatorial sativa is a plant that originated in a country near the equator. They have a large, spread out stature, and leaves with long slender leaflets, and a long flowering time.

I don't know what you mean when you say seeds on the soil. If you mean that those hanging balls on the male plant are lying around, then they contain pollen, and you don't want it being spread.

If you mean actual seeds, well they will sprout.

The male plant needs to be removed from the area before any of the pollen sacks open. You can dry that plant, if you don't have anything else, and gag on the leaves if you try to smoke it. It will be marginal at best, even if used for cooking.

Look at picture IMG 0700.
The little green stuff fall from the male before i took it off,
so thats why i think its seeds.
Also, this cotton field near the plant is being harvested in 23 days, meaning i wont have watering,is that gonna be enough for that plant to grow and flower before the harvest?
