Need help with seeds and cloning, Plese help

Iv tryed almost evey thang to get my seeds to start and nothing worked and then I thought about putting my cloning Gel on them , Will cloning gel make seeds sprout better?
And when I had my last plant when I tryed to clone it come out of the soil where the stem was there was whght fuzz coming out if that part of the foots coming out or is it like mold or some thing can some one help thanx alot

Hey man, read through the grow faqs above for germination tips.

My process is to soak seeds in water for 24 hrs., put them into damp paper towels, place on a plate, cover with another plate upside down on top, then wait for the taproot to breakthrough. After this plant the seed about half of the seeds length deep into the soil. It doesn't need to be deep to grow fast. You want it out of the ground fast to stop the chances of molding or rotting to the plant coming out of the seed.
