Need help

High I'm new to this indoor grow tent thing and need advice. I have a plant that looks like the leaves are rolling up on the edges and crumpled. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Nitrogen is through the roof ( dark shiny leaf ) .

Give us the grow info :

Nutes
medium
strain
lights
water
ph / rh
temps
etc .

Soil, fox farm trio, strain unknown lights cheap Amazon 1k watt X2 water ph is 6.5 temps average 70 degrees f light 18/6

To much nitrogen, (sledge hammer it ) flush that shit just water it for a week then reapply food it's what I have done

I also use fox farm and love the results
If I use there soil I won't feed it for like a month. But by then my autos just started flowering so I would just add flower nutes.

Nitrogen is the most quickly taken up nutrient and the one most quickly depleted. Don't flush anything. Just use plain water.

Ok thanks guys I haven't watered in 4 days and my rn was extremely high but got that under control now I think lol she is looking better will post pics later

Miracle grow is the soil I have is that why it did that
