need more info; how old are your plants? how many nodes?

yes, they do ultimately have to be fed. i tried, lol, but you cannot grow a plant start to finish with no nutes.

Don't use ferts until the plant is at least 3 weeks old. Then begin at 1/4 the recommended strength. You can use sunlight instead of lights to grow. Are you growing outside? How old are your plants?
