Also, are they turning yellow on the just the bottom leaves, starting at tips? What is your soil's PH?

can you provide some pics? I'm not sure what you mean by a 6" cup. Also, if you want to be a successful grower, you are going to need a PH meter or at least access to one.

water every two days in 6in cups now
That is probably too often for watering. When I plant my seeds I water the pot or cup really good. I usually don't have to water it again for two weeks. I would only be watering every two days if the plant was in the third or forth week of veg it is was getting really big. While the surface dirt can look bone dry, the bottom of the cup is probably really wet. If you are bothered by the dry looking dirt on top, I usually spray it a little to dampen it. Overwatering is one of the worst things you can do. I would get a cheapo water probe at Home Depot for about $6. When you insert this in your dirt, you will see that the bottom of the cup is sopping wet, which means the roots are going to drown and rot. Now is a good time to transplant to a bigger pot.

A week old plant by its very nature is not going to have a large root system or a large amount of foliage above the surface. So the plant doesn't need hardly any water. Plus the soil is designed to hold moisture. So you are saying your plant is a week out of the ground and it is drooping so bad you need to water it everyday? It doesn't make sense to me. Where is the water going? It can't be going to a plant that small.

I find it hard to believe that your seedlings can go 14 days with no water. That is simply amazing.......

you water the soil until u see runoff, then you know everything is moist. i have had seedlings in a 6" cup did that and the soil is still moist, i have 3/5 sprouted and they wont need water for atleast another 10days, theyve been going for 4-5days already.i like the soil to start drying down to root level. in my opinion this makes the roots 'search for water" and they extend down. then water again when soil is bone dry

EDIT: weed like wet soil then bone dry, then wet, then dry. unlike regular plants that prefer moist soil.

It isn't going fourteen days without water. There is all kinds of moisture in the soil that the roots haven't even reached yet. These are in beer cups, which are probably six inches tall. Like I said, I water until it runs out the bottom right when I plant the seed. Keeping the soil constantly wet to the bottom is going to encourage drowning your plant and root rot. If you want healthy cannabis plants, you need to let the soil get a little dry on occasion. This encourages healthy root development, not only because the roots start growing, searching for water, but it also keeps the soil aerated, full of oxygen.

I totaly understand botany and germination. I germinate in an organic seed starter, but it doesn't hold moisture for 14 days. If it went that long without water, my seedlings would die. After germination, I water from the bottom up, never spraying the top of the plant for the first 14 days, but I do water at least 2-3 times in that time frame, from the bottom up. After 14 days, my solo cup is full of roots.

^No doubt. I'm lucky if I can get 5 days outta my party cups, without watering. When they're more than a couple inches tall, they burn through their water every 2-3 days. That's with the heat at around 80*, and good ventilation.

I should change my comment about 14 days without watering. Usually I go a good 8 to 9 days before the first watering. After that, maybe every three or four days. I usually transplant at 16 or 17 days, so I don't let them get huge in the small cup.
