Are pistols suppose to completely recede back into the bud.. I know my indoor plants just turned orange and kind of shriveled up but on my outdoor plant the pistols are complete dying and rotting or something and it’s only really happening on top of the buds the inner growth pistils are fine. We’ve had a lot or rain the last 2 days and have 1 sunny day tomorrow until 2 more days of rain. Not sure if this will take these cold, rainy temps any longer, but idk if this bud Is even worth chopping yet.

Probably just the rain. Pistils receding back into the calyx can be normal. There are some pests like broad mites and russet mites that can also cause this but I don't see any related leaf damage in your pics.

Thanks for the reply. So do you think it would be ok to leave her out.. I don’t want her to be completely ruined from the rain if I can still salvage something.
