Need some advice, starting new crop

the picture of the area is proablly 4+ft by 3+ ft. wanna grow two plants. what is the best, most efficient way to do this.
i have grown before, so im looking for what light wattage is recommended, and how to keep it cool.

any help is much appreciated :bigjoint:

400 watt hps. You will need air intake and an exuast fan being pulled through a carbon filter. You can hook your fans to a thermometer so the temerature can be regulated. What material is that space made out of? It looks nice and white, should work well.

everything is painted flat white. i read that was good. and i used a 400w on my last two plants. how would a 600w compare? worth it?
how much space does the fans take up
