Let them go another week or two, the. Roots wont get too big. Then dig around the plant to about 6 inches deep then lift the plant and roots out and set into a large pot, try not to expose the roots. Most plants don't like different soil than what there used to so it will get a little shock at first if your using new soil. After transplanted, water enough to run water out the bottom of the new pot and leave it alone for a week. It should perk up in a few days.

hi there
yes i am planning to use the same potting mix, also im going to be away for 4 nights so if i were to transplant them in acouple of days should i hide them in among my tomato plants so they dont dry out and will give them plenty of time to recover from the transplant. is that the way too go???

Sure, you can do that. It wont hurt them. The transplant wont hurt them either as long as you don't loose the dirt around the roots, water them lightly the day before to help keep the soil together and you'll be fine.
