Need some help, my leaves are dying

-Plants are almost 1 month old from bagseed. Started seeing spots a week or so ago
-Indoor grow
-around 250w cfl lights, plants 4" away, 18/6
-sunshine mix #4
-water is from mountain stream p.h. 6.5
-I water every 2 to 3 days
-they get age old kelp(.3-.25-.15)everywatering, 1/2 tsp a gallon
-they get age old grow(12-6-6)every other watering 1/2 tsp a gallon
-pots are 1/2 gallon i think
-ocilating fan running 18/6
-humidity is low around 25%
-temperature is 70f

Unlike ALL my other fertilizers, Age Old ferts RAISE my pH, not lower it. Which means if you are starting with plain water at 6.5, you are probably too high after the ferts are added. It does look like fert burn to me too, but I bet your pH is too high also.
 
I've been lowering the p.h. to 6.5 after I add the nutes to the water. If it is nute burn do i just need to flush the plants with plain water?

Don't flush, it's not that bad. But just plain water for a few waterings and then cut back on how much fertilizer u are using until the plants are big....

This is spot on. The water starts at 6.5 and that organic stuff is changing the PH ,giving you the rusty deficient look. Always read the ph after adding nutes .
