seeds are sprouting, and I need to know if I should fill container with more dirt untill it reaches the newly sprouted leaves, just started btw,

kk, we germinated the seeds between some damp cloth in a dark place. took a few days, then we planted them in dirt and stuk them under the light untill they sprouted out the soil and now they have little leave commin out.
