a scrog will get u tight hard buds ............as for the lighting it is simple u need to reflect down and in

your walls would be white or have a IR blocker/mylar on it ............your light u will need a hood/reflector to apply all the light downwards to increase the depth

your going to need a good exhaust system to remove the used/hot air .....as for your intake i would make it lower then the scroging points and add little fan that moves (st it low tilt the fan upwards so it moves side to side blowing cool unused up tho the scrog itself .....should help u avoid heat stress

click here to get a filter box idea for a powered intake ...........it will clean the air and improve the plants (they are not get mold virus or smoke dust blown on them all clean hospital grade air )

to really boost it join your local brewers club (make your own beer wine or moonshine) and apply the Co2 from the brewing to the tent to help the plants build up faster .........in the end u have beer and bud just need a cow/pig for some ribs ......life is good

Thanks for the reply I will be growing in a tent so am ok with the Mylar and that's how I had the intake and exhaust set up I was planning on using a vertical light so I can have a bigger screen that goes passed the light as you can see in the pic otherwise I think I would have to have a smaller screen if I used a reflector or I would have to have the light too far away btw I am using a 600w hps

vertical lights are only good for a side lighting ...........if u are 600w i can show hoods ..........

something like that would basically be the roof of your area so the whole 600w is well used

just so u know a 600w HPS is made for a 4x4 foot print .......what u have it going in so massive overkill so u should make the exhaust system super strong too to deal with the IR heat that the makes along with the heat from the bulb itself

Ye that was my plan I was going to place the light exactly how it is in the pic so I can grow passed the light and I'm in a 1.2m tent so that is basically a 4x4

i would not hang vertically ..........and if u do it should be in a cool tube allow u to whisk away the heat

for u the horizontal is the best method

vert would be if u did a tressel system up the wall ...........a scrog but with u doing one on the ground ........letting the ones on the side climb up higher all good

when u trim off the useless branches or lower parts under the scrog rem to take a dab of honey and put it on the cut site to seal it off ........honey acts like a bandaid sealing off a open wound .....works on ppl too old old old old trick

Yes that's what I'm doing the scrog will run up the sides good tip on the honey not heard that one before never had any problems with that but defiantly worth it just in case not really thought about a cool tube yet maybe if I can't keep the heat down though
