Need some opinions on Sunmaster Duel spec 600 watt for vegging

So I'm busy growing in a 1.2x1.2m (4x4 Foot for you Americans) and using a sunmaster 600 watt dual spec bulb in a Gloria air cooled reflector on independent ventilation. I've currently got 12 clones starting out veg.

I'm well aware of the varying opinions out there but would like some honest advice.

The bulbs are promoted as working great for veg with the added blue spectrum but I've got so many local guys telling me to get a Metal halide bulb for veg instead.

I guess I'm asking: what do you professionals think?

PS. busy recovering from nutrient lockout due to a bad batch of too alkaline premix ontop of too much nitrogen. Hopefully saved it in time.

Sunmasters are top bulbs veg and flower, id take it over mh anyday. To me mh are pretty much dead and rare i see them here

Im the opposite, dual spec are a lazy growers bulb and don't come close to MH for veg and node spacing.

I was sure a 600w sunmaster puts out more light than a mh and one of the brightest on the market.

I use and love them, no complaints
