Need suggestions on my set up

So I am a Medical patient who wishes to grow his own herb and I have been reading nonstop about growing my medicine and I think I have a good setup but I need the advice of experts.
I am going big for my first time because I want it to go right and I really want good meds.
Area
I plan on getting a 3x3x6.5 grow tent.

Lighting
A 400W HPS/MH cool tube.

Medium
I was hearing good things about fox farm ocean forest mix and was thinking of using fox farm nutes as well.

Ventilation
A 6" 400 cfm inline fan with speed controller hooked up to a carbon filter and light in this fashion

{ carbon filter - -> light - - > fan - - ->}

OR

{carbon filter - -> fan - - > light - - >}

Strain
I was going to start from clone because of easy access to them. I have found whiteberry, stinkypinky, ak47, and many others.
I have tried to narrow it down to 4 clones.
2 ak47
2 whiteberry
or all whiteberry/all ak47

Questions
Would a 4x4 tent be alot better?
Could I easily grow 5 or 6 plants with this setup?3x3 or 4x4?
Is the inline fan cfm overkill?
Does everything look right?

Is the inline fan cfm overkill? No, you can buy a fan controller to fine tune it to your needs.

Does everything look right? I prefer your first vent system set-up.

Thanks so much for responding. I was wondering if the 400W will be adequate or should I go for a 600W? I was also wondering if it is easier to grow two strains at a time or does it matter? I want this to go super well

I would get the 600 w/ a dimmable ballast.
It's easier to grow one strain at a time, cause they tend to grow more evenly, especially w/ clones.

Aslo about growingmultiple strains, each strain may have specific nutrient requirements to make them grow optimally
