Hey man,
90% sure your problem is from overwatering. Also i would definately back off on the nutrient concnetration rather than increase. I currently had the same problem twice with the same crop and the fix was simply cutting back on waterings and giving it some pure water to flush the nutes out. Hope this helps.

Less is more my friend. In my experience, leaves curling downward have almost always been either of two things- overwatering (most likely the case here), or too high a pH. Since you said your pH was in the 5.8-6.0 range, that seems unlikely to be the cause. Calibrate your meter (if that's what you use), and make sure it's not that first. Then, if everything is on the level, back off the watering some and see if that works.

Remember, in the vegetative state nitrogen is more readily absorbed at a slightly higher pH, and during the flowering phase, phosphorous is more readily absorbed by the root system at a slightly lower pH.

you need a good flush man, when you run nutes that strong you should be flushing every few weeks, i would flush them real good then bring your ec down to 1.6-1.8 or so, also try running an air stine in your res, i used to do a little dwc setup and i found that worked good, plus its better than using peroxide in my opinion
