Your fan can't be too powerful or the charcoal won't filter well. This should not be a problem. Using a 400w HPS in a cooltube, a can33, and a 200cfm inline centrifugal fan will do the trick nicely. Eliminate the heat and the smell. I would not use the air input fan as it will reduce the neg air pressure in the cabinent and possibly cause odor problems. A good fan pulling air out of the cab and running through the cooltube is key. The Suncourt TF104 is good for around $125. It only draws 40 watts, is 200cfm, and made to run 24/7

this cheap inline fans only really put out about half of its rated cfm with ducting n shit.. so if that one is 4 inches, its rated cfm is like 80 , which is not near enough in the first place for ur cubic feet of ur room , and really, its only like 40 cfm if u have ducting n shit hooked up.. so ur way off. Ur cubic feet of ur room is like 144 , cfm is cubic feet per minute (of air moved). That should give u some idea of what strength of fan to get. Prolly something like this ( http://www.canadianwholesalehydroponics.com/products.cfm?p_id=109&show_details=1&catpage=2 ) at least, or a cheaper thing would be a blower like this (http://www.canadianwholesalehydroponics.com/products.cfm?p_id=89&show_details=1&catpage=2 )

Its always best to get a little stronger fan than u really need, because u have to compensate for ducting, and other things that will obstruct the air flow
