Well to be 100% honest with you, with that incadesant light bulb you will have very poor results. Yo would be better off to put that plant near a window where it can get some sunlight. Or even if you can get like $20 together and go to walmart and buy some CFL light bulbs and get them close to the plant.

If you continue to grow with the light bulb you have the plant is going to strecth like hell and be so lanky that even if you do get it to survive till you can plant it outside it will never be able to suport itself.

You need to figure something else out bud, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Buy DARK, colored cups that don't let light in--- the transparent/clear/foggy kind of cups prohibit roots from growing to the edges. If you get the same size, you can just drop them inside without transplanting- plus, you can see the root development since you are already using semi-transparent cups
Or, you can wrap each cup in tape.

Either way, you'll have a larger root mass if you get those sides darkened!!

If you hold an empty cup up to the light and can see a glow, it's not dark enough. Just double up those red cups you have!

well im growing in a private residence that is visited allot by family so a window seal wouldnt be descret enough and i cant put it outside it is just way to cold. im going to continue growing under the 75 watt for a few more days then ill take down my grow room and find a place where it can get direct sunlight..... i do have a shed that isnt frequented at all it has a window but it has poor poor inslation infact there isnt any insulation its just a metal shed i will try the shed tommarow and try to milk it for as long as i think the plant will be safe.
