Neem oil help???

i went to my local gardening store and bought some neem oil..its 100 percent and it says to mix with some dish detergant....do i have to do this??? al i have for dish soap is dawn w/ bleach will this be good for my plant even tho i dont have any spider mites??? and it says not to use in direct sunlight

No dawn with bleach. The reason we use a drop or two of dish soap is so it runs off the leafs fast.
Just mix as directed and spray under leafs, top soil, etc. when lights are out. Wait 3 days and do again, wait 3 days and do one more time. <~~ if you have spider mites.
