I took out the stock plug and put in a 1/5" grommet and barbed fitting. I epoxied it just to make sure it can't come out, don't want to come home to a wet floor. This is the return line. I just need to put in one more fitting for the feed line. I also glued a piece of pvc to keep it in place. I glued in a 1/5" barb to a small piece of pvc that will connect the lfex line to the hard line manifold.

NeL i think my next time i clone i'm gonna cut em and put em right in the aeroflo. should work. what do you think?

if you go to a glass shop(window glass) they have double sided stickey tape you can put this on the inside rim of your res it will stop leaks i did the same thing and it worked great. or some home improvement stores have it too for sealing windows. clonex worked good for me but try dip n grow it worked way better for me

I like my cooler better, no need for tape.

Hi north, I have been doing it wrong....:-( I had the humidity far too high, I was also foliar feeding them Rhizotonic... Why would they want to grow roots when I was giving them everything they needed???

I am starting again for the third time... I'm hoping three times a charm... I have removed the humidifyer, I am not going to foliar feed them, you and I use the same type of Clonex Solution. I have a water heater in the bubbles set at 24 degrees celcius, so perfect... They are under 110 watt propagation flouro and inside a lil cloning tent where the humidity is low and it has an exhaust fan to keep the temp inside the tent at 26 degrees celcius, and to pull fresh air in passively...

Does that sound about right? Any info would be great...

That sounds perfect Lacey. Yeah I don't do any special treatment in the aero cloner. Just 150ml of clonex and 5 gallons of water. I just take cuttings as normal, cut at a 45 and stick in the neoprene coller and thats it. Turn the pump on and they just root themselves.

wow looking great I love to cooler setup I'm very tempted to try this next time instead of cubes. How long did you leave them in the cloner for before transplant?

putting the clones strait into the aeroflo is not a good idea....i cut sixty and only 65% rooted. Its just a bad idea! Anyways its so much easier and less of a hassle to build a sixty site cloner (less water to mix and cheaper to run). The laser cut lines were not creating enough splash to keep the stem moist (tried several heights with the drain tubes)

another tip....never give up on soil or hydro for aero....Why not exhaust all resourses? but u dont have to listen i mean i am a stranger

always leave your drains all the way down. there is absolutely no reason to ever flood your tubes. aim your lines to spray to the opposite corner and you'll get all the splash you need to get the job done. you dont have to listen to me either but... i've been growing in these tubes for several years now.

Massive fail on my part, northeast...:-( Got this whitish crap floating in the aerocloner reservoir, and it ate all the roots that were forming... They all died within a day of each other... Have taken steps to rectify this problem, I am waiting on parts to arrive from the US...It was just bad planning on my part... But I think I have a hold of the problem... :-)

Sorry to hear Lacey. I have tried bubble cloners and didn't like them. The aero one is by far the best and easiest way to clone IMO.
