new at this

These lil small clusters are appearing on my plants. Is this a male or female?
I snipped it off the plant to take a proper pic. It's very windy today.

Dude, those are Balls(Male or Hermie plant)! Sorry man, unless you have a female and plan on harvesting some seeds. I highly suggest you do yourself and anybody who lives close to you a huge favor and CHOP him down.

It's off a branch that the wind recently broke from the plant.
