New beans arrived

Just got my first order of Auto-flowering beans, now I have to get some good soil before I get them started. I have Miracle grow potting mix, but I want some happy frog or the blue bag (can’t remember the name) I am anxious to see how they turn out!

I have 4 plants in Miracle Gro Organic potting soil. It is not hot in the least. It requires adding perlite and I went with a 1:1 mix. I was pretty surprised.

Awesome selection, second order shipping was very speedy both times!

I couldn’t wait, I started to germinate 1 of the 2fast2vast autos around midnight last night. Here it is a little after 6pm and I just got done potting her. This is a Heavyweight seed company bean and is supposed to take approximately 8weeks for the entire process to be completed, I will try to post once a week until I either ruin it or end up with some fat nugs !

Dropped her a couple days ago, she pushed through the dirt last night so I should be getting some cotyledon leaves soon.

Had to put my other girl under the light, and found this little turd sticking up.

What are you growing it in?

It’s a mix of all purpose potting soil and miracle potting mix. I mixed it heavy on the potting soil and light on the miracle grow.

Went out yesterday to water my girls and found my auto looking like this...

This is day 15 after seed, all I have done so far is water her. She is in a mix of all purpose soil 3/4 and 1/4 miracle grow potting mix.

Right at 20 days after seed for my 2 fast 2 vast auto from heavyweight seeds. 2 days ago I started a 18/6 light cycle and today I introduced a very small amount of FF big bloom probably about an 1/8 if not less. I started a very loose but hopefully effective tie down to try and open her up a little bit.

27 days in the dirt, I don’t know if I stunted her or if she’s gonna hit a growth spurt. LST again to open up some bud sites to get more light. I have Ben supplementing some blue light spectrum to help with veg, and she has had 2 small doses of big bloom 1/8 or less, just wanted to introduce her to it before I up the dose. I guess I’ll know If she’s stunted when she responds to the training.

Apparently I need to practice my lst training because my plant just seems to pull my ties, and stand right back up. I have been giving the undergrowth some blue light spectrum from the sides with a little led, and running my bigger led over the top. I think she likes it because it looks like quite a few bud site are/have grown in. I only do this a couple days at a time though. From now on I’m just gonna let her grow.
