OK, so spraying this mist on an auto female branch, get female pollen, rub it on female flowers, and get female auto seeds?? it really works???
I believe this stuff is toxic. Not the seeds but the plant you use to make the seeds. You would need a tent all for this plant or be very careful not to get any on your consumable plants.

Using clones are good when you are trying to keep your plant count down without compromising yield. My 2 photos out produced my 4 autos with only a couple more weeks of veg time.

I heard you cant clone autos, can you?
Yep thats pretty much all there is to making auto seeds. Been following some breeder threads.

No cloning autos just because the cutting is on the same short timeline. It would finish when the mother did. No time to grow.

Never heard of that mist, but if it's basically colloidal silver than yes it is bad for you. That said only the parts of the plant sprayed is bad and cannot be used. I know people who create a shield of plastic around the cola being sprayed so the rest of the plant is still usable. Only the sprayed cola will herm

Edit: apparently it's something else

It's still equally as bad as far as I know.

Harvest underway. Plant 1, the blue, is first on the chopping block. First cola off 14" :)
Pictures later today. And you're all correct ... this process sucks.
Yep. I'm chopping the topped auto cheese either tonight or tomorrow. Good times. I'll be happy to have the extra space though. Lol

for now tents will be in different rooms (space issues). I will have 2 clip fans in with the babies. They will only be in the nursery "veg" tent for about 4 weeks...then they will be re-potted and go into the big girl larger "bloom" tent with the fan/filter and oscillating floor fan till harvest. I am so excited:-)
This sounds good.

I strongly recommend you use photo period strains, take cuttings whiler they're in veg and root them. That way you get clones with no nasty chemicals and better control over your plants and process.

thanks guys...sprays and pollen and all that stuff sounds a little out of my league right now, but somethin to think about!
That's why I'm suggesting you grow photoperiod strains and take cuttings. It's a lot simpler and since you know the strain you can get the most out of it.

Gonna harvest my last 3 plants today. I wet trimmed my last 2 that were early since I'm most likely hashing most of them but this time around I think I'm going to dry trim.

Here are some Progressive pictures on my mainlining project. Removed 5/6 of the foliage in the last 48 hours and they are still loving life. Still 2 more toppings at least. The tomato cage ring makes tie downs a breeze and secure at any height.
Nice! My brother just surprized me with these! He found these at walmart on clearance, and asked me if I could use them for my grows, hell yeah! $8.00ea. 3 gallon plastic pots with removable plastic cages. Once tomatoes and peppers are done, I will drill a few side holes and they will become my new grow pots :-)

Oh yeah, you've got it bad...

You know you're a grower when you evaluate everything you see by how well it can grow weed, LMAO

Here's the CSI data on the murder of plant 1. We're very concerned about the welfare of its tent mates.

Bos, I like your sense of humor- always feel a little off myself-( a little twisted, I'll say) But give them life, raise the girls, get excited when they start developing, admire them as they become grown girls, then squeeze their buds for firmness, then sniff your fingers to catch the essence, then KILL them! LOL- like your CSI reference, not as off as mine.

Never top an auto flower plant or...
You might end up with a large bowl of herbs

Not gonna weigh it until it's ready for jars. The pan on the right is all the larf. Being as she stayed @ ~22" she had good penetration.
8 quart drain pans.

What I could keep together of the stem.

My last auto harvest I had about an oz per brown paper bag when dry. This plant took 6 bags so, hopeful.
Either way, not too damn shabby for a topped auto that wasn't the healthiest girl for sure. :bigjoint:

I give 98% credit for this plant's success to my lights.

If she does turn out to be 6zips dry, added to the Amnesia's that should be done in about 2 weeks and should be at least as much weight as the cheese, I could be looking at over 1lb from 330w. :o
