New build - Scrubbing and venting 10x10 room

Hi guys and gals

Pull up a chair, twist one up and please feel free to critique.

I am expanding from a 5x5 tent, to the full 10x10x8 high room the tent is in. Not going to use the 5x5 tent. I am going to build the Stinkbud aero/nft rail system. 3 flower sets of 10 plants each with a 600w hooded light over each set.

My dilemma is scrubbing and venting the air. Problem 1 is I cannot line up the lights in a row, the ducting will have to “S” curve from one light to the next. The plan is air from the attic thru 6 inch ducting to the lights, “S” curve thru lights, out of tent to 6 inch fan 500cfm, thru wall to spare bedroom, thru the 6x24 carbon filter 550cfm. The goal is 100 percent SMELL PROOF fresh air. I have been told the good filters can be run pushing the air thru them.(or attic-lights-filter-fan-wall) It would be nice to salvage some of that heat to warm the house at minus 40.

Venting the flower room 10x10, is a 8x24 charcoal filter 750cfm directly onto a 8 inch fan 710cfm and one elbow thru the ceiling into the attic. I will only be running in the winter and RH is 20-35 percent all winter. Not worried about moisture in attic. Short and direct.

Is this an effective way to vent the heat and smell from the room. Is it efficient? Can you think of a better way to do it. Do my numbers add up. I would hopefully be able to turn down the fans a little to quiet them up or diy some insulated boxes for them. Do I have enuf fan power? I don't want to upsize just for the sake of upsizing.

No smell in the rest of the house is critical

You will have mold problems in the attic, but I'm guessing you already know that. Run hard ducting if you can, and seal it. I'd run the vent through the roof if you have the option. I've got a similar size room with same size 8" filter, but 550cfm fan. I can smell a very light sweet smell when I enter the house. My grow room is pretty porous, although it stays at a decent negative pressure. I'm not sure that's the issue. I believe the fan housing itself is leaking ever so slightly, and the fan is in the grow room. I vent into my house. If you vent through the roof, the smell would be absolutely unnoticeable. May be okay into the attic, too, because they are usually drafty.
