When you say there 300 watt's, do you mean there equivalent to 300 watt's or pure 300 watt Cfls. Because if they are equivalent then there only 60 watters, which 120 watt's in total, which is no way near enough to veg 20 plants let alone 1.

2 LIGHTS FOR TWENTY PLANTS? I hope you meant to put 2 plants if not then You need more light mi amigo. Anyone will tell you 300 watts is ALOT for a CFL so i doubt that is the pure value. Im guessing you using 65-85 Watt bulbs with a 300 Watt Incandescent Equal and judging by the lights they look like they are warm white but probably 3100K - 4000K because they arent very yellow/red. But watts dont even matter anyways. Watts just tells you how much power the fixture needs to power the bulb. Tell me how many lumens those bulbs are putting out what spectrum they are and ill still probably tell you to get more light. Sorry
