FLINT -- The City of Flint's legal department has stated that they will enforce the recent Michigan State Supreme Court decision.

The Michigan State Supreme Court recently ruled that medical marijuana dispensaries can be considered a "nuisance" and shut down by local authorities.
The sale of medical marijuana is prohibited, based on the court ruling, except by a caregiver to a patient.
Flint's legal department will be sending letters to all known dispensaries operating in the City of Flint to inform them that the city will be enforcing the law.

I heard all flint spots have a cease and desist order to close by the first.
I heard from a couple spots that they will be staying open, but I'm not sure how they'll be planning this since they were all registered as dispensaries since their inception, and are not domestically registered non-profit organizations such as GC3.
Dispensaries aren't anything I really care about, but it's a sad state of affairs for the patients that do rely on them. :-|

My two closest places in Oakland County are still open to my knowledge.... blows my mind Flint is moving on it before Oakland County.

I think Flint is trying to move on it so expediently because it's anxious to get the medicine/green crack back to the streets, back alleys, and parking lots of it's finest ghettoes, and get Flint back to the city it once was, and shall be.
Besides,...the ghetto is the only true safe area to obtain medicine since the cops stay away from anywhere there is gunfire in Flint.
Flint is trying to get the murder rate stats back up. I heard they are down a couple points. I mean it makes sense since Flint is striving to be #1 at something

Nope they have a flint address, and it doesn't matter. It's all of genesee county getting them. Learned this talking to an owner of a dispensary in genesee that was out in LA for the cup.

Why do all of their fliers say flint as the address on them? And the sign near the place coming out of burton say entering flint?
