New England outdoor sativas?

I wanna grow some sativa( leaning to Durban Poison) up here in the north east, last yr I had a sativa dom. bag seed( in the ground) I harvested 2nd or 3rd week of Oct. but it could have went a couple more weeks but the frost at night became an issue. My plan this yr is to do it in a moveable container, like a 20 gal tote on a dolly. What I'm wondering is when it gets later in the season I can move it into our garage at night, which is heated. How will going from daytime temps in the mid-upper 40's to upper 50's into a 60-65 degree garage at night affect the plants?I really want some UP smoke but its so hard to find around here cause of the short season and all the indoor people like the short flowering of indica strains, which I understand. Until Im in a better living situation indoors isnt an option.

durban poison is my sativa of choice in the northeast, its a tough plant, big yields and good smoke, for sure an upper. A few frosts at the end of the season will make the buds dank, i put my plants out in May and they are done before Oct. I dont think the temps will change anything... the photo period and the humidity will be more of a factor. Its usually really dry in fall and that brings out the resin in the buds.
