New grow ASAP. Review if you please. I will post pics and drawn sketches

So basically my last (and first) grow was somewhat of a succes. I vegged then flowered( but had to stop 2-3 weeks earlier cause the smell totally escaped my growbox and my family started to get really annoyed). All in all i got about 1oz of somewhat bad weed.

Now i need to find other seeds ( i ordered seed from nirvanashop.com 6 weeks ago and it still didn't arrive ffs).
My new growbox details:
>32cm wide x 48cm deep x 52cm tall (i will try to cut the floor in that cubboard to gain 7 more cm - not really sure i'm about this though)
>i will build my own growing pot 30cm by 35 cm by 12 cm = 12.6 L or 3.3 gal pot ( is that enough for me to veg for 1.5-2 months ?)
>i want to put my intake vents on the floor, look at the picture i provided . 2 80mm pc fans are ok to keep it below 30degrees celsius? shall i add one more fore safety?( i now have 23 degrees max, during the day and 20 during the night, winter is coming, get it?)
>i intend to LST the hell of one or maybe 2 plants, if i can make my pot wider

****concerns
light might seep out of my growbox, my parents told me not to grow any more(i'm not some underaged kid, so don't troll me on this, i'm a student who happens to like in a city with a university)(we live in a shit country, it's not the police they wory about,it's me, but they are uneducated about MJ)
last time they found out i grow when the smell overtook my car ionizers and they thought i had some dead creature in my room(they were embarased to have guests). Will ONA gel solve my problem? i've researched it and people say it works wonders, i want to hear it from you guys, from your own XP.
another problem is the sound the fans make, but i can solve that with more expensive fans that are rated 15db sound output

I need a review from you guys of my plan, if it looks good enough

i can't wait to begin drilling that cubboard( no one EVER goes near it, and it's in my room, so it's safe )

Because of the height issues, i will LST and top my plant twice, this should use the space more efficiently i guess.
Can you guys estimate my yield if i veg for 2 months in, say, perfect conditions with 150w of cfl lights spread around the plant ( all of the plant will be receiving same amount of light, or atleast aproximately the same ) 6x 26wCFL (apropriate color temperature for period of growth, obviously)= 6x 1200lumen= 7200 lumen on a 1.5 square foot room

so you say i can get 2 plants in there and SCroG it ?
i haven't really consideres scrogging, also i'm not experienced in this

there are mixed reviews on ONA gel ... ffs.
a carbon filter is so expensive

question about carbon filtres, can i use a car air filtre to solve my smell problem? I've found a 20$ BMW active carbon air filtre

A screen isnt a bad idea at all for a long veg, especially since it will make better efficient use of your limited lights. In fact in that amount of time you can probably fill out that amount of space with one plant, depending on how you train it. Lots of DIY scrog plans out there, you seem pretty inventive, I'm sure you'll come up with an idea that will work well with your set up.

In regards to the smell, Carbon is the best way I know of the eliminate it. I think you could come up with a decent DIY solution for that small space. ONA I haven't messed with, I've heard it does work, but leaves behind a smell of the the ONA scent if you don't mind that, but the cost overall ends up being higher.

Hmm, it's the weekend and my parents are all home so i can't start drilling my cubboard.
I'm still wondering how to set my ventilation... 2intake fans that blow air inside, and all the hot air escapes through holes i've dug in places where the light can't be seen.
Or 2 exhaust fans that suck out the hot air, bringing the cold air through the little holes i've dug in places where the light can't be seen.
Give me some advice please
