New Grow, help needed

Hi!
I'm planning to set up a new grow soon and i've got some questions about it.
My grow boxes measures: 1m x 57cm x 50cm
I'm going to have two fans: one 120x120 12v PC fan and another fan which is 220v(sizes are the same)
The Walls are covered with Diamond Mylar
Strain is going to be either a Super Skunk or White Widow(my seeds are accidently all mixed, so i can't tell the difference which is which)

Now the lightning part is a bit confusing for me. I planned to buy one 200w Blue spec. Envirolite for veg(enough?) and two 200 w Red spec. Envirolites for flowering.
Now some people from other forums say that two 200w E-s are actually getting really hot. What you think, will these two E.-s get too hot for my closet or are they just fine?

Ooh, and also i had a question about my timer. I've got one mechanical timer. Some say that you're going to need a relay if you want to connect lamps over 250w with your timer or it will brake. So is that relay needed with mechanical timers too or is it just for digital ones?

What you think what's the max count of plants what i can put there?

It's been a while since i started this thread. I got my growbox done about 2 months ago. I hoped for the best and put only 1 seed- it turned out to be a female lucky me, huh
I'm not sure but i think it should be a WW. I vegged her exactly 35 days. For first 21 days i used Formulex as for a nutrient addition and from then i used some other nutrient(Compo) which is for vegging. Oh and for lightning i used 1x 200w Blue Envirolite- perfect light for vegging.
I turned the lamps on 12/12 on 13.01.09, so she's been flowering for 21 days. I'm using Compo and Bio-Bizz Bloom nutrient solution now- she really seems to love it
There's nothing much to add really, except the thing that when i got home today i noticed that one of the tops had been against one of the lamps for a while i guess, because the top was a little burnt- some leaves and white hairs were fried.. - what you think, should i cut the burnt part, or leave it and wait and hope she fills it up again?(i'll add some pics for ya too, so you can see the progress)

I already have made some future plans too. Depends on my monies but i want to buy a 400wHPS cooltube system and put it in a 3ft* 2ft*5ft closet. With a descent fan i think i'm able to keep the teps right. What ya think?
Oh and i successed buying some seeds from an online shop(importing marijuana seeds is illegal in my country). Um, i ordered 10 x NL regular seeds, 10 x WW regular seeds and 10 x New Purple Power regular seeds. For my next grow i'm plannin to grow some NL and NPP in SCrOG.Wish me luck with thatone
