So this is where I am at today...I very much appreciate good advice from others, I am more than open to suggestions and constructive criticism. Thanks!

PS - Do I look alright for 3 weeks from germination? The stems look a bit stretched because of the initial lighting, I hope they sprawl out now!
OK, I am going to chime in here. First you are looking fine, Your baby's look good even after you stuck them on a hot plate for a few weeks. They are a bit stunted for the age but it looks like your going in the right direction.

Second your killing yourself and your baby's with kindness. What i mean is that you might be worrying about stuff that you need not be worrying about. Set your nutes ( by the way are great for new guys) for the res you have set the ph for 5.8 and chill.

Your nutes will stay the same ( forget the meter for now) because your plants are too small to pull any large quantity out so stop worry about that. You will find that once you get your number with the nutes it will hold until you change out every 2 weeks so you wont worry about it. The PH is a bitch it will rise on you its just a fact. When you make your soup mix your nutes and let it rest allowing it to balance the PH THEN adjust. I found that the new run the nutes always fixed the ph. You want from 5.6 to 6.4, trying to keep it at one place will drive you mad.

Your doing fine just relax and enjoy your grow and stop worrying about it.

Sparky the love Bud.

Thank alot for the words of wisdom! I have been trying not to kill them with kindness as I read it is the biggest problem with newbies...and here I am still doing it, it is tough!

Question about the PH...

In myresearch, I have read many comments about keepin the res between 5.2 and 5.8 for the ebb/flo setup. I noticed you recommend 5.6 to 6.4. Thoughts? I will let it go and just monitor it and see where she wants to go.

How many flower lights do you have? One 600w HPS doesn't seem like enough for that space...I bought three 600w HPS for a 4x8 ebb & flow.

I plan on getting (4) 2x2 tables and flower under 1 600W HPS. I am not using the whole floor space for growing.

Ah, 4x4, so 600w should be adequate. More is always better, but u can't use what you don't have, can you? Good luck, I'll be watching for more updates.

I have invested alot more than I anticipated in this grow room...the wife wasn't very happy, but it is something I have wanted to do for a long time, and I finally have the money to invest in the equipment. I hope to get another 600 or two in the future, but I will work with my current setup for a whil until I gain confidence.

Its your grow you can keep the PH where you feel good about it. Go back to the sog growers wanted and ask there. I would sit and just watch them for hours but because i am lazy i really didn't kill them with kindness but in the beginning i really freaked when one leaf changed color OH NO MY GROW IS GOING TO DIE shit, its a friggin weed water, food, light will keep you staraight. Oh in my opinion H2o2 is a lot of work and becasue you are using a mix of organic and sinthic nutes you kill something when you use it. A lot of guys use diffent things but i found this. http://www.waikula.com/#thumb genisis organic and it took care of any and all pathogens. I ran a clone set up 5 weeks straight with no water change and there was no slime. Try it it kicks ass.

for three weeks of growth from seed that isnt that bad ...could be better ..but it takes awhile to learn this plant that is for sure ....i bet in next 2 weeks you will be suprized at how much growth you get and how fast they start to move .......the first two weeks on a seed grow always take forever for me it seems ....once the roots get nice they will start to blow up ....that is in the right conditions and your room looks nice .......make sure you stay away from high temps like 90 plus

I'll give that stuff a try, I am having a hard time getting hort grade H2o2 in my area.

The temps are good. I haven't even set up my exhaust fan and the temps stay about 70 deg F. With the exhaust fan I anticipate a steady 62 - 65 deg F even with th HPS running.

Sparkafire,

I was looking into the WaiKula product and was goin to order some of that tonic and give it a shot, but they are either out of business or you are no longer able to contact them through the site/phone number...do you order direct from them?

I switched out my nutes over the weekend. I lost the H2O2 and added Hygrozyme in its place.

My res now is set at:

Tap Water - 125 PPM
Hygrozyme - 8 mL / L
Nutes (Flora Nova) - 650 PPM
PH - 5.6

Since potting my cubes and putting under th T-5s the growth slowed down significantly. I am hoping that they are putting all their enegry into root production right now and hoping for some massive veg growth in the upcoming weeks. Time will tell. All in all thns are looking great. I need to install my intake vent and 6" fan, the temps are climbing to 73 deg F and 65% RH.

Well, I took a few pics to document the growth. These plants are 8 days since potting, about 4 weeks from germination. I am a little concerned about the yellowing/browning of the lower growth, but I am probably just paranoid. Comments?

Well, when I got home last night, I noticed the symptoms progressed. The tips of the newer growth were starting to brown, just the tips, an th lower foliage was browning and yellowing...my diagnosis was nute burn. I must have increased th nutes too fast, the Flora Nova is some strong stuff....so I filled a 5 gallon bucket with tap water set to 5.6 PH and submerged the pots rinsing them out. Then I pumped out half of the nute solution and topped off with tap water to dilute the nutes to 300 PPM.

Do you guys think I should be running no nutes for a while, or is a low dose OK?
