So I am going to start growing in the other half of my garage. The space is 24ft x 60ft and the top of the ceiling is 12ft. I grow now but use tents. I am aiming for 10-15 lbs a month if possible. I would like to make it a perpetual grow if possible like I do in the tents I have did. I have not yet purchased my lights but think I will be using 1k ballast. I am really looking into the DE HPS lights. i am very good at growing in tents. I am thinking I will either have to make the rooms to fit what I need, or buy very large tents. Also I am thinking of using light movers to help spread more light round? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank you for your time.

Not really sure what your question is but IMO tents are for camping. Build sealed and insulated rooms. If your aiming for 10-15lbs/month, forget the light movers and light that mofo up!

If I had that space I would do a vert grow for sure. I would design the main flower room in a similar configuration to this 2 1000 watt hps in the middle and 4 600 watt hps wing reflectors in the corners of the room.

sealed room is the way to go I even use the ac for the house to feed it and the wall temp control to adjust if I think it needs it,,during the day time most state in summer ac hammers all day which means it is already running no added cost if it is going into a sealed room ,,my room drops to 68 when I turn lights off in day time I use this cooler time to let them rest I make mine veg at night with less ac and a bit more warmth it still runs so room has never over heated in my case I have a big thermometer in there an do go and peak because am nosy lol
